30 September 2025 |Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) has been given direct responsibility for the implementation of the Kampung Angkat Madani (KAM) and Sekolah Angkat Madani (SAM) Projects for the year 2025. UMT has received an allocation of RM1 million for the implementation of KAM and RM100,000 for the implementation of SAM from the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF). In this regard, to coordinate the implementation of this project comprehensively with stakeholders, a Coordination Meeting will be held as follows and will be chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ir. Ts. Dr Mohd Zamri bin Ibrahim.
